I could feel the power and determination behind your words and it got me excited to stand up and fight for MYSELF and how I view myself as well as call out some of my lady friends. The timing of reading this post is key for me. I broke my collar bone two months ago and have not been able to work out riding my bike and dancing as usual. I have watched my body slump and bulge in areas that I'd rather not and it has definitely affected my self esteem and my desire to be intimate with my husband. I have been careful not to continuously tell him why I am not happy with my body because then he will begin to look at the same things...
