I think a big part of flexibility is fighting FOMO. When we’re constantly worrying about missing out on stuff, we can’t be flexible. We have to get it all in or else we’re missing out!
Jevonnah Ellison likes to talk about JOMO. The joy of missing out. Focusing on the most important tasks allows us to get those critical things done. If we “miss out” on the others, it’s okay. We can’t do everything in life. We have to be selective with what’s most important for our vision for our family.
