Meditations

Every month, my 9-year-old daughter, Juliette, is adding in a "mindful minute" on a topic. Sometimes it's a guided meditation, sometimes it's just a musing. So far this year, we've covered focusing on our breath, gratitude, love, growth and change.

So often our chaos is based on the domino effect of one thing after another. What would you be able to do with a 15 minute reset - or less? What would shift if you stopped focusing on the chaos right now and took a minute to bring awareness to your breath? Try it below, and let me know what an impact it makes in your world.

I marvel at how Juliet steps right into a space of peace with her chosen words and beauty of expression. It is wonderful that she is so attuned to her inner knowing and can express it so naturally. She has a gift. I am grateful for her presence, her compassion and her beautiful soul she so willingly shares with others.
